Blanco’s name is synonymous with the legendary Philippine rock band Rivermaya. As one of the band’s founding members, he served as the band’s lead singer, guitarist, and keyboardist for 14 years.
His outstanding songwriting abilities have produced many hits for Rivermaya such as “Liwanag ng Mundo,” “Kasalanan,” and “214,” which hold a special place in the hearts of Filipino music lovers.
