10 Biggest Autobots & Decepticons Missing From Transformers One

Warning! This post contains SPOILERS for Transformers One. Transformers One While the animated film features numerous future Autobots and Decepticons, some notable robots were not present in the new animated film. With it being centered around the origins of Optimus Prime and Megatron, it makes sense that not all robots will appear in this prequel film. That being said, there are a fair number of Transformers that would be very exciting to see in future installments.

Transformers One The cast primarily focuses on Orion Pax/Optimus Prime (Chris Hemsworth), D-16/Megatron (Brian Tyree Henry), Elita-1 (Scarlett Johansson), and B-127 (Keegan-Michael Key). However, other classic Transformers are involved in the prequel film, including Sentinel Prime, Airachnid, Starscream, Soundwave, and Shockwave. There are also multiple cameo appearances by characters like Ironhide, Jazz, Cliffjumper, and more. That being said, here are 10 different Autobots and Decepticons missing from the movie. Transformers One It would be great to see that in a sequel.

10 ratchet

Transformers One does include his name

Near

Following their bold entry into the Iacon 5000 despite not having transformation gears, Orion Pax and D-16 end up in sickbay after nearly winning the race anyway. Just before they encounter Jon Hamm’s Sentinel Prime, an intercom can be heard calling for Ratchet. A classic member of the Autobots, Ratchet is a field medic who eventually transforms into an ambulance on Earth.

Ratchet was also a notable member of the Autobots in the live-action film. Transformers films. However, the Autobot suffers a tragic death at the hands of Lockdown and the CIA, as seen in The age of extinction. Although Ratchet does not appear on screen in Transformers OneIt is logical that he can make an appearance in Transformers One sequel confirmed.

9 Ultra Magnus

A loyal soldier and brother of Optimus Prime

Near

Ultra Magnus was a brave commander of the Autobots and was considered Optimus Prime’s battle-brother during the Autobots’ war against the Decepticons. Considering himself nothing more than a loyal soldier, Magnus generally shuns the burden of greater leadership. Transformers One ends with battle lines drawn between the Autobots and newly formed Decepticons, it would make sense if Ultra Magnus is perhaps saved for a sequel when the war with the Decepticons begins in earnest.

8 Grimlock and the Dinobots

Autobots with attitude

Near

One of the most challenging squads within the ranks of the Autobots, the Dinobots take the form of prehistoric dinosaurs from the past. Transformers Continuities. In certain continuities, they even take the form of dinosaurs before the Autobots arrive on Earth. Such was the case in the timeline of the War for Cybertron game franchise where Decepticon Shockwave experimented on future Dinobots, having used dinosaurs as a model to turn Grimlock’s Lightning Strike Coalition Force into mindless monsters.

Chris Hemsworth and Scarlett Johansson and characters from Transformers One Transformers One cast and character guide: what the actors look like in real life

The Transformers animated film, Transformers One, features an up-and-coming cast lending their voices to iconic Autobots, Decepticons, and mythical figures from Cybertron.

Constantly challenging authority, the Dinobots are an effective yet rebellious group that is usually led by Grimlock, a robot said to rival Optimus Prime and Megatron in power. Basically, Grimlock believes that Optimus Prime is weak and has a hard time making the tough decisions that need to be made, no matter how compromising they are. As such, it would be very exciting to see this rebellious group of Autobots debut in a Transformers One sequel, perhaps with Grimlock debuting as a rival within Prime’s own ranks.

7 Constructicons

Combining into Devastator

Near

Collectively known as the Constructicons, this subgroup of Megatron’s forces is usually made up of Scrapper, Bonecrusher, Scavenger, Long Haul, Mixmaster, and Hook. However, sometimes there are even more Constructicons who are part of this team. Regardless, the Constructicons’ true power is their ability to combine and transform into the massive Devastator. While none of the often green and purple robots were seen in Transformers OneThey would certainly be an exciting way to up the ante once Megatron is ready to attack Iacon.

The live-action Constructicons were also seen in Transformers: Revenge of the FallenAlong with the Pyramids of Giza, Devastator was one of the biggest spectacles in the film. So we can imagine the same could happen in the confirmed sequel. Transformers OneOther members of the Constructicons include Gravedigger, Hauler, Erector, Hightower, Scoop, Buckethead, Quickmix, Wideload, Steam Hammer, and Skavenger, all of whom naturally take the form of some sort of construction vehicle once the Transformers arrive on Earth.

6 Frenzy

A servant of Soundwave

Near

In Transformers OneSoundwave was introduced as a key member of the Iacon High Guard, the force that would eventually serve Megatron and become known as the Decepticons. That said, Soundwave does not transform into his classic stereo form in the animated film. Likewise, his mini-cassette minions that usually pop out of his chest in the original series do not appear in Transformers One any.

Ahead of its release date later this year, Transformers One confirms the return of the franchise’s familiar Autobots and Decepticons.

While Soundwave often has several of these smaller agents on his staff, one of the most famous is Frenzy, who had a major role in the first live-action film. Transformers from director Michael Bay. Working closely with Barricade, Frenzy snuck aboard Air Force One and helped the Decepticons hack into various networks around the world in search of Megatron. As such, perhaps Frenzy could make up for his absence in Transformers One in the sequel.

5 Laser Peak

A winged agent of Soundwave

Near

Another Soundwave mini-cassette, Lazerbeak is essentially a bird-shaped mascot in the… Transformers universe. It is also missing in Transformers OneLazerbeak would be another very interesting addition that could make Soundwave even more prominent in the sequel. Likewise, Lazerbeak made his live-action debut in Transformers: Dark of the Moonhaving been tasked by Soundwave to kill several humans who had provided aid to the Decepticons in the past.

4 Havoc

Soundwave’s four-legged spy

Near

Ravage is another well-known Soundwave mini-cassette alongside Frenzy and Lazerbeak (although Soundwave has many more). Shaped like a panther, Ravage is extremely loyal to both Soundwave and Megatron and is a master of stealth. He also made his live-action debut in Revenge of the Fallenhaving played a key role in resurrecting Megatron from his demise in the first film. With any luck, an appearance in the sequel could make up for his absence in Transformers One.

3 Omega Supreme

The Autobots’ last line of defense

Near

One of the greatest Autobots to ever exist, Omega Supreme was the last guardian robot tasked with protecting the Crystal City of Cyberton and Iacon. He served as the last line of defense when all other strategies had failed. Having played a prominent role in the War for Cybertron video game series and its continuity, some might have expected to have seen the giant robot in this new prequel film. However, perhaps Omega Supreme will appear in the sequel Transformers One now that the war between the Autobots and the Decepticons has begun in earnest.

2 Triptych

A giant robot (who hates both sides)

Near

Trypticon is another massive Transformer that is capable of destroying entire cities. While Trypticon is a massive superweapon used by Megatron and the Decepticons, that doesn’t mean he’s a loyal Decepticon. In truth, Trypticon’s primary function is to hate everything and everyone and relentlessly destroy his targets, and it’s simply the Decepticons who have managed to control him.

As such, one can only imagine how awesome it would be to see Trypticon take on Omega Supreme in a full-length movie. Now that the Decepticons were born after Transformers OneIt may only be a matter of time before Trypticon is found and tamed. It would certainly be quite a battle for the Autobots to have to defend Iacon from such a gigantic robot.

1 unicron

A god of chaos

Near

Essentially the villain of all Transformers villains, no one should have expected to see Unicron in Transformers One, Especially after the world-devouring chaos god appeared in the live-action film. Rise of the BeastsHowever, it’s worth noting that Unicron is as old as Cyberton itself, having been created as Primus’ dark twin. As such, it would have been exciting to have seen some sort of reference or easter egg in the animated film.

Because of this, Unicron likely won’t appear in this new continuity until much later, and perhaps not even in the confirmed sequel. That said, it’s not hard to imagine Unicron perhaps being the main villain in a potential third film, perhaps transforming Megatron into Galvatron as he did in the original animated film. Transformers 1986 film. Unicron could even be the reason why Optimus Prime and Megaton perhaps reunite as brothers in this new Transformers timeline (though that’s just conjecture).

Transformers One It is now playing in theaters.
