The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule for the ninth edition of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024, scheduled to be held in Bangladesh from October 3 to 20. Ten powerful teams will play out 23 intriguing matches on the lush green grounds of the Sher Bengal National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka and the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet. The arena will see T20 cricket at its peak as the world’s best players battle it out for the coveted title.

2024 Women’s T20 World Cup Groups and Format
During the competition, each team will participate in four preliminary rounds. The top two teams from each group will then advance to the hotly contested semi-finals scheduled for October 17 and 18, with the final taking place in Dhaka on October 20.This is the group
Group A: Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, Sri Lanka Group B: South Africa, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, Scotland
A total of 23 matches will be played in the tournament in Dhaka and Sylhet over a period of 19 days. Reserved days have been allocated for both the semi-finals and finals to ensure uninterrupted play in the event of any disruption.
