The game is the follow-up to 2018’s “The Crew 2” and the third entry in the “The Crew” series. The game was released on September 14, 2023. The design of the game world is similar to that of Oahu, Hawaii, but in a smaller version. In this game, you can explore a vast and open environment while participating in thrilling matches and challenges.

“The Crew” Racing Festival Gameplay
“The Crew Motorfest” takes place on a scaled-down version of Oahu, Hawaii. The game revolves around a lively festival that serves as the central hub for all the exciting action. This setup is similar to the popular Forza Horizon game series. You can participate in various challenges and races, using not only cars but also planes and boats, just like previous games in the series.
One of the great features of the game is called “Playlists”. As of September 2023, there are 15 different playlists, each with their own unique theme. These topics range from vintage cars to specific brands like Lamborghini and even special collaborations with influencers like Supercar Blondie and Donut Media.
Another favorite mode is “Grand Race,” a lengthy match lasting about 10 minutes with 28 online players. It is divided into three sections, suitable for different levels of competition. Routes and levels are randomly selected, adding an element of surprise and excitement to each game.
The “Main Stage” launches new themes every month and offers limited-time exclusive rewards. Throughout the month, players can participate in activities related to replaying, racing, or exploring to unlock a “Legendary” timeline filled with more special rewards.

Each week, a sub-theme from the main stage is used for the Summit Competition. In this competition, players will earn points through nine challenges. The top 10,000 players with the most points can receive exclusive prizes, including special vehicles or titles showcased in the game. The player who comes in first each week will receive a special honor – their name will be displayed to all players in the festival tent, where everyone starts when they load up the game.
Additionally, there is the “Custom Show,” a weekly competition where players can customize their vehicles based on the “Summit Race” theme. Other players vote for their favorite vehicles, and at the end of the week, the player with the most votes is rewarded.
The Crew Motorfest Platform
Crew Motorfest is available to watch on a range of platforms, including PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Ubisoft Connect and the Epic Games Store and Amazon Luna. It’s worth noting that it’s currently not accessible on Steam.
However, it is possible that it will be launched on the Steam platform later. Players should keep an eye out for any updates regarding its future availability on Steam.
