Team tactics game

Teamfight Tactics (TFT) is a game inspired by Dota Auto Chess, where eight players form teams and fight to be the last one standing. The battlefield is a hexagonal grid where players strategically place their units to fight automatically. Players can be paired up randomly or play against computer-controlled enemies during a round.

Losing a turn means losing health points, which depends on the set damage value and the number of enemy units remaining. The game is played in phases, each with seven rounds, except for the first phase, which has three rounds against computer-controlled enemies. On the fourth round of each phase, there is a “carousel” where players can select units using random items.

Coins are earned during rounds and can be saved to accrue interest, increasing your income per round. Winning or losing multiple rounds in a row can earn you a streak bonus, providing additional coins. Players use coins to reroll units, purchase units, or gain experience points to level up, allowing them to place more units on the board.

Units can be upgraded by collecting duplicates, making them more powerful in terms of health, attack, and abilities. Units have health and magic bars, take damage and gain magic during combat. When a unit’s health reaches zero, it is out for that turn. Magic is used for unique abilities.

Items are vital and provide bonuses and special effects. Components combine into complete items that improve unit attributes and abilities. Items can be obtained through rotation rounds, loot rounds, or enhancements. Synergies activated by units with the same properties provide beneficial effects. Enhancements are in-game buffs granted at specific stages that change the way the game plays.
