Starry Sky No Sudden Action Drill
In this part of the Starfield game guide, we’ll take you through the steps of the mission called “No Sudden Moves,” which is the tenth mission in the main storyline. As you work to acquire another artifact from a renowned collector, we’ll help you find important items, uncover collectibles, and uncover opportunities for additional loot.
Talk to Vladimir
Start by talking to Vladimir. He will provide you with information on the whereabouts of the next artifact. According to him, Captain Petrov of the Skov had one in his collection.
Travel to Skow
To find Captain Petrov, go to the Procylon A system and find Scow. When you greet them, you will have several boarding options.
Optional goal: disable engine

While possible, it is recommended to avoid this method unless you are focused on building a powerful ship that can quickly disable engines.
Optional goal: Speak up
Or, try to talk your way in. This can be done through persuasion or enlisting the help of peers. In our case, Sam Coe worked with us to allow us access and claimed that we had unique items for sale, which piqued Petrov’s interest as a collector.
Board Scow
If you succeed in convincing Petrov that you are on a business trip, you can board the Scow in peace. Activate the airlock and open the hatch to board the ship.
Note: If you plan to search Scow, be aware that some items are marked as “stealed.”
Find Captain Petrov
After passing through the security door, go left and continue north up the stairs. You’ll come to a corridor that leads to the Collection Room. Petrov will be in this room, accompanied by his bodyguards. Approach him and have a conversation about the artifact.
Note: You will have several options for talking to Petrov, including attacking him, complimenting his collection, or just talking about the artifact.
Follow Petrov
Accompany Petrov to the vault, where he will reveal the artifact. During this conversation, you will have the opportunity to offer a reward, assert that the artifact has powers it is not supposed to have, or choose to attack.
Steal artifacts

Unfortunately, the only option is to steal the artifact. Petrov will retaliate, possibly leading to his surrender after taking some hits.
Artifact Fei
After obtaining the artifact, you need to decide whether to attack Petrov, spare him and let his crew stop, or leave Scow peacefully. Every choice has its own consequences.
Leave Scow
Before leaving Scow, be sure to check each room for useful items, such as weapon boxes, storage boxes, etc. Once completed, return to the Frontier to add the artifact to your collection.
This is the end of the “No Sudden Action” mission in the starry sky.
