Who is Catnap in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3?

CatNap, also known as Experiment 1188, plays a key role in Poppy Playtime Chapter 3 as the main antagonist. CatNap, originally assigned to oversee the Sweet Home facility where children were kept for experiments, contained a non-lethal version of poppy gas in his respiratory system.
