Lord of the Fallen Karas Walkthrough
Burning zone:
As you leave Fitzroy Gorge you enter Lower Carraras, a village on fire. Walk forward and you’ll find the Soul Flagellant Stigma to your right. Observe the Dark Crusaders and obtain the Shadow Surge and the Wooden Dark Crusade Cross. Keep going until you come across a corpse blocking your path.
If you’ve moved to Shadow for the Stigmata, cross the bridge on the right; otherwise, use your Shadow Lamp, but be careful about attacking enemies. Inside a burning building you’ll find three fire zones and a grand staircase. Hidden to the right of the stairs are three fire wards, ironically located on burning wood. Climb the stairs and activate Sebastian’s Relic.
Go through the gap in the wall and turn left to get a Bottle of Heaven. Follow the path and get the Lower Kalalas Map, Punishment Salt on the raised planks, and prepare for a boss fight with the Hell Witch.
Fight with the witch:
This boss is too difficult to find and destroy the shadow parasite that gives her power; otherwise, she will be surrounded by a swirl of flames, making it difficult to get close. Dodge her ranged fire attacks and attack when possible, but be careful of her fire blasts. Keep at it until you defeat her, earning you the Hell Witch Flail, Helm, Flesh, and Relic Seed.
Where there is smoke:
In this section there is a shadowed flower bed a few steps in front of a large pyre. Past the pyre, an alley leads to the magma ring. Follow the stairs to the Primordial Meat Grinder, head to the unopenable door, and pick up the Fire Cult Flail hidden among the burning plants.

Continue to find the Shadow Flowerbed and climb up the ladder, dealing with Primal Crusher along the way. In the upper area of the burning house you’ll find an open doorway and proletarian hats, clothing, wraps, and pants. Climb up the plank, clear out the enemies, then move to the roof, where you can kick down the ladder to create a shortcut. Cross the narrow bridge, use your Shadow Lamp to reveal an area, and discover the Convert’s Bow.
Sunless hank:
Once you get the Matte Skein Key, you can access the new section of Lower Kalalas. Go down the ladder and face the Primal Crusher and Rogar Hound, then pick up the regular Drakon Nugget. Navigate the area, using Shadows as needed to defeat False Faces and Shadow Bellys to obtain Divine Essence. Open shortcuts, fight a little Hell Witch and her allies, and prepare to face the forsaken offspring. After defeating the Descendants, you can find additional items in the Lower Kalalas expansion.

Guide to Karas under Lord of the Fallen
Enter Lower Carraras:
After leaving Fitzroy Gorge you will arrive at Lower Carraras, a burning village. As you advance, you’ll encounter a Stigmata that you can Soul Flay on. Watch the Dark Crusade and grab the Shadow Surge and the Wooden Dark Crusade Cross. Keep going until you reach a path blocked by a burning corpse.
Umbra or bridge:
If you’ve transitioned to Shadow for the Stigmata, you can cross a bridge on the right. Otherwise, use your Shadow Lamp, but be careful of enemies that may attack.
Inside the burning building:
Inside a burning building you’ll find three fire zones and a grand staircase. To the right of the stairs you can find three more fire wards, oddly placed over burning logs. Climb the stairs, activate Sebastian’s Relic, and go through the gap in the wall. Then, turn left and get a Bottle of Heaven.
Maps and Salt of the Gods:
Continue to the other side and jump onto the raised plank, where you’ll find a map of Lower Kalalas. Come off the plank and find the Salt of the Gods in the corner. Get ready for a boss fight with the Hell Witch.
Battle with the Hell Witch:
The Hell Witch is a tough opponent. First, look for the shadow parasites that can grant her powers and destroy them. It would be difficult to attack her if she was surrounded by a whirlpool of flames. Dodge her fire attacks, be careful when she pushes you away with her fire blasts, and attack as hard as you can. Keep at it until you defeat her, earning you valuable loot.

Climb up:
Use the Shadow Light to navigate the rooftops and grab useful items. Finally, reach a small Hell Witch. From here, you’ll travel to Upper Kalaras and face the challenging Forsaken Descendants.

Lord of the Fallen
Lords of the Fallen is a new video game. It is an action role-playing game created by the folks at Hexworks and published by CI Games. The game is a follow-up to the 2014 game of the same name. You can play on Windows PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S.
The game is powered by Unreal Engine 5, which promises impressive visuals. You can enjoy the adventure in single-player and multiplayer modes, depending on your play style. The game was released on October 13, 2023.
Lord of the Fallen gameplay
Lords of the Fallen is an action role-playing game that you play from a third-person perspective. You can use melee weapons and magic to defeat enemies, and the gameplay is similar to the challenging combat in the Souls-like games. An interesting feature is that you can play the game’s campaign cooperatively with other players or engage in player-versus-player multiplayer battles.
At the beginning of the game, you can create and customize your character and choose from nine character classes. The game takes place in a vast interconnected world, even larger than the 2014 version. This world has two levels: Axiom, the realm of the living, and Umbral, the realm of the dead. You can switch between them using the magical lantern.
When you die, you move to the Umbral realm, and you must return to Axiom to recover lost experience points. Dying in the shadows returns you to the last save point, and save points can be crafted using materials from shadow monsters, although this is rare. The game offers complex gameplay and a unique world to explore.
