Previous Era
Last Epoch was developed by Eleventh Hour Games (EHG) and was released as a free trial in a Kickstarter campaign in April 2018. A beta version of the game was made available through Steam Early Access in April 2019. The game was initially scheduled for a full release in April 2020, but due to delays in the release schedule, the game’s release was pushed back to the fourth quarter of 2020. However, in December 2019, the game was delayed again, with the release date pushed back to 2021.

In October 2020, the Mac version of the game was canceled due to the expected challenges of Apple’s transition to ARM processors. The full release of Last Epoch was then delayed again, with a multiplayer beta set to launch in March 2023.
