Jackman Thomas Harlow was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and grew up in the rural area near Shelbyville. His parents, Maggie and Brian Harlow, raised him along with his brother, Claiborne Harlow. Jack’s ancestry includes French and Irish ancestry.
