The production of these episodes was so fast and intense that we completely forgot about them until they appeared on YouTube. Interestingly, these episodes were filmed in February when I was in the early stages of my pregnancy. During that time, though, we hadn’t revealed the pregnancy to anyone.
The first trimester of pregnancy is often considered the most challenging phase as it can bring with it extreme fatigue and nausea. It was during this period that we filmed episodes of The Secret Menu. Given my condition, we decided to prioritize my health and take a more relaxed approach to avoid putting too much pressure on myself during the shoot.
