Last Epoch is an Early Access hack-and-slash action RPG developed by Eleventh Hour Games (EHG). The game’s journey began in April 2018, when a free playable demo was released as part of Last Epoch’s Kickstarter campaign. Subsequently, in April 2019, a beta version was opened through Steam Early Access. A full release was initially planned for April 2020, but was later rescheduled to Q4 2020, marking a shift in the game’s timeline.

It is worth noting that in October 2020, the developer announced the cancellation of the Mac client due to the expected challenges of Apple’s transition to ARM-based processors. After that, in December 2020, EHG announced another delay, pushing the release of Last Epoch to 2021. In March 2023, a multiplayer beta was launched, and in October 2023, it was officially confirmed that the full version of the game will be released on February 21, 2024.
