How to get all the badges in Splatoon 3 Side Order?
To obtain all badges in Splatoon 3: Side Order, follow these steps, focusing on badges related to Eight’s Palette:
Unlock Eight’s Palette:
- Open the final locker in Splatoon 3: Side Order to obtain Eight’s Palette, the weapon associated with the emblem.
Determine the maximum number of active hacker attacks:
- The maximum number of hacks that can be activated by a badge is currently determined by the player base.
Badge Confirmation:
- Confirmation badges will be awarded through four or fewer hacks, allowing players to use at least 12 color chip slots during a run.
Understanding the Hacker Effect:
- Note that each hack activated while using Eight’s Palette (except Risk Reward) will reduce the number of Color Chips obtainable during a run by 6. This reduction stops when the number of Color Chip slots reaches 6.
Strategy for getting the Low Hacks Eight Palette badge:
a. Use all four hacking strategies:
- Take all four available hacks, combine maximum health, damage reduction, and attack damage, and manage them using only 12 colored chip slots.
b. Single attack powerful color chip construction strategy:
- Take a single hack, like Max Lives, and use the add-on slots to create powerful Color Chip builds in Splatoon 3: Side Order.
Implement the chosen strategy:
- Execute the chosen strategy to increase your chances of successfully earning the Low Hacks Eight’s Palette badge.

Splatoon 3
Splatoon 3 is a video game made by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch that came out in 2022. It is the third game in the Splatoon series, following Splatoon 2. Like the other games in the series, it is a shooter where players use ink to fight. You can play with other people online, or you can play a single-player campaign.
The game was first shown in a trailer on February 17, 2021, and released on September 9, 2022. People generally liked the game, especially its new maps, single-player mode, the way to customize things, and the way combat works. But some people didn’t like the matchmaking and connection issues, and they felt there weren’t enough new things. As of the end of December 2023, Splatoon 3 has sold 11.71 million copies worldwide. This makes it the fastest-selling game in the series and one of the best-selling games on Nintendo Switch.
Splatoon 3 Gameplay
Splatoon 3 is a game where players can play as an Inkling or an Octoling, and the main focus of the game is to spray ink. The characters use different weapons to spray colorful ink, and these weapons can be large paint rollers or sniper rifles. Each weapon has its own advantages and limitations. For example, a paint roller is great for covering large areas of ground at close range, while a sniper rifle is good for shooting opponents from a distance, but not so good at covering the ground with ink.
In the game, you can choose a primary weapon (for shooting) and a secondary weapon (similar to a secondary weapon that uses more ink). After covering the ground with enough ink, you can also use special weapons. You play as Inklings and Octolings, who can transform into squids or octopuses, swim quickly in ink, and climb up ink-covered walls.
This is called “swim form”. Using this form allows you to refill your weapons with ink faster than in human form. There are many different weapons in the game, and all the basic weapons from previous Splatoon games appear in Splatoon 3 as well.

After following an elderly squid named Craig Cuttlefish into a dangerous crater filled with Fuzzy Ooze, players become Agent 3 of the new Squidbeak Splatoon. They team up with their pet Salmonid Smallfry to fight against mutant Octarian enemies led by DJ Octavio, who accuses Cuttlefish of stealing the Great Zapfish.
As the story unfolds in the underground city of Alterna, Agent 3 discovers that Mr. Grizz, the CEO of Grizzco, has kidnapped Cuttlefish and is behind the Zapfish theft and the Octarian Army. Mr. Grizz plans to use the Fuzzy Ooze to transform life into mammals and restore Earth’s mammal population.
In a series of encounters and battles, Agent 3 and Deep Cut work together to uncover Mr. Grizz’s plans for destruction. The story culminates in a conflict aboard Alterna’s rocket, where Cuttlefish’s life is seemingly sucked dry by Mr. Grizz. The rocket is designed to cover the Earth with Fuzzy Ooze, threatening all life.
In a heroic effort, Agent 3, with the help of DJ Octavio and a transformed Smallfry, defeats Mr. Grizz and destroys the rocket. Big Zapfish is recovered, and Cuttlefish is resurrected with the help of the Captain’s Tears. The story ends with Mr. Grizz floating in space during the end credits.
