In Persona 3: Reloaded, Elizabeth is a tough secret boss that adds an extra layer of challenge to the game. To get a chance to fight her, you’ll need to unlock the secret boss fight. There are two ways to do this: either complete the game once, or defeat the Reapers on your first playthrough. If you choose to go the Death route, you’ll need to reach the top of Tartarus and accept Elizabeth’s new request.

This request involves confronting Death, a dangerous shadow. Spend more than five minutes on a level in Tartarus and you’ll receive a warning from Windflower about an approaching threat. Find the Reaper, fight it, and if you defeat it, report to Elizabeth to complete the mission. This will unlock Request 55 and a new dungeon called the Monad on level 255 of Tartarus, where you will face Elizabeth.
On the other hand, if you didn’t fight Death in your first playthrough, you can still face Elizabeth in New Game+. Reach the top of Tartarus again, talk to Elizabeth, accept request 55, and enter the Monad Dungeon. Make your way through the dungeon and finally meet Elizabeth.
How to fight Elizabeth in Persona 3: Reloaded?
In Persona 3: Reloaded, defeating Elizabeth in a secret boss fight requires some preparation. Elizabeth has 20,000 health points, so keep track of the damage you do in combat. Be careful as you can’t use skills like “Drain”, “Repulse” or “Zero” or she will defeat you immediately. Also, avoid using -karn spells. The battle is a single player battle.
In order to succeed, you need specific gear, personas, and skills. Equip the Divine Sword or Lucifer’s Blade as a weapon, wear the Armor of Light and Endurance as armor, and use the Divine Pillar ornament to reduce damage by half but not dodge. Your character should be Orpheus Telos, obtained by maxing out all social links, or any character with an enduring soul. Gain apocalyptic skills by fusing Satan and Helel.

When Elizabeth’s health drops below 13,000 for the first time, she will cast Megidoraon to deal massive damage. If her health points don’t drop below 10,000 on your next turn, you’ll face a challenge. She heals herself with Diyarahan, but becomes vulnerable again when her health drops below 10,000. Use Enduring Soul or Endurance to survive the second Megidoraon. Finally, use Doomsday immediately after the second Megidoraon to end the fight. This requires some preparation, but is critical to success.
Persona 3 Reloaded
Persona 3 Reload is a video game produced by Atlus. It’s like a new version of another 2006 game called Persona 3. This new version was released on February 2, 2024, and you can play it on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
In this game, you play as a high school student who returns to his hometown ten years after his parents died in a car accident. The protagonist can summon something called a Persona, which is like a manifestation of his inner spirit. He joined a group called the Special Extracurricular Enforcement Team (SEES) with others who could do the same thing. Together they must fight against the Shadow and solve the mysteries of the Dark Hour.
Fans of the Persona series are desperate for a Persona 3 remake, especially after the success of Persona 5. Game developer Atlus officially stated that they heard the voices of fans and began development of “Reload” in 2019. They announced the game in June 2023 and first talked about it in April 2023.
Reload retains the story of the original Persona 3, but makes it look and function better. Azusa Shimada came up with new designs for the characters, and Shige Soejima made sure everything looked good. Atsushi Kitajoh produced new music for the game, with some songs performed by Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice. The game aims to match the quality of subsequent games in the Persona series.

Persona 3 Reload’s gameplay combines traditional role-playing and social simulation elements with new enhancements inspired by later Persona games. Players will embark on a journey, guiding the protagonist through school life and battling supernatural forces.
The game’s interface has been upgraded to make it easier to understand and navigate, and provides objective descriptions to help players progress through the story. Additionally, the map display has been improved, providing more detail about the environment and marking important locations as the story progresses. The protagonist can now move through areas, adding a new dynamic to exploration.
During the game, players engage in various activities such as talking to dorm residents, cooking, gardening, and reading, all of which contribute to the protagonist’s growth and interactions with other characters. Exploration around Tatsumi Island and Tartarus is now done from a third-person perspective, with a fully rendered 3D world map.
The combat system has been redesigned to allow players to directly control party members or let the CPU determine their actions.
