Granblue Fantasy: Relink consists of nine main chapters, with an additional bonus chapter after the credits. If you choose to play casually and focus on the story without delving into side quests, it will usually take around 20 to 25 hours. Each chapter lasts approximately two hours, and there are no skipped cutscenes, which helps enhance the overall experience.
The extra chapter after the credits isn’t mandatory for the main story, but provides answers to lingering questions. This shorter concluding chapter takes about an hour and a half to complete.

Even after completing the main story and bonus chapters, there’s still a lot to explore in Granblue Fantasy: Relink. Participate in missed side missions, start hunts, and revisit completed missions on higher difficulties. If the challenge becomes daunting, inviting friends to join your game can help you complete the task.
Whether you rush through the story or take your time with side content is a personal choice. Completing it quickly will skip some side activities and yield less experience points. However, mastering the proper guarding techniques can make the main story comprehensible without exploring every detail. For a more fulfilling RPG experience, consider taking your time to enjoy side content rather than rushing through Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
