During this time, she gained recognition by winning the celebrity dance competition “Dança Comigo” (Portuguese version of “Dancing with the Stars”). - In 2007, Ruah moved to New York to study at the renowned Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, where she refined her skills and expanded her acting range.
