Charles Edward Kelly (born November 25, 1963) is an American football coach who currently serves as the offensive coordinator for the Ohio State University Buckeyes of the Big Ten Conference. Kelly gained recognition while serving as the head coach of the Oregon Ducks from 2009 to 2012.

After a successful career in college football, he moved on to the National Football League (NFL), coaching for three seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles (2013-2015) and one season with the San Francisco 49ers (2016).

After his NFL career, Kelly returned to college football in 2018 as the head coach at UCLA, where he coached for six seasons before becoming the offensive coordinator at Ohio State.
