There are a few changes between the King Kong movies, although the original and 2005 titles share more similarities than the 1976 remake. The most notable difference in John Guillermin’s film is that Kong attacks the World Trade Center, which, naturally, Peter Jackson doesn’t recreate in his 2005 remake.
